Prosperity Species: Kentucky bluegrass Prosperity has a low growth habit and high density, with a medium-fine leaf texture and a very dark blue-green color. It is adapted to well-drained soils with a pH range of 5.5–7.5. Prosperity demonstrates high heat tolerance as well as good leaf spot resistance and excellent stripe rust resistance.
